Schnitzels
We offer five types of schnitzels (chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetarian) which are freshly crumbed using our 90 year old family recipe and cooked to order with a delicious range of unique toppings. Don’t like crumbs? Try one of our mouth-watering grilled fillets.
Schnithouse also offers our very own GLUTEN FREE crumbs!
Burgers & Dogs
At Schnithouse we believe FRESH IS BEST! This is why we produce our own burger patties and kranskys using our traditional family recipes in order to give you the best in quality and taste!
Steaks
With a focus on providing the best possible dining experience for our guests, we formed a strong produce partnership with one of Australia’s premier meat suppliers. Our meat is meticulously selected and is graded to our standard to ensure our customers’ quality expectations are met every time.
Once we receive your Steak order, we flame grill it to seal in the maximum flavour and then cook it to your liking.
Seafood
We haven’t forgotten about our seafood lovers with our seafood menu featuring local ‘seasonal’ seafood and produce prepared fresh daily and crumbed or battered to order.
Big Schnit (Really Big)
These meals are not for the faint hearted! Whilst our regular meals are big these meals are for those with loose belts!
